Full Moon Cacao Ceremony & Yoga in Curaçao!

We’re so entangled in our daily busy lives. We do what we gotta do, and the time we get to sit down to relax is so precious. Don’t you wish you had more time to connect with yourself on a much more deeper level?

If that’s a YES, I’ve good news for you 🙂 Next week November 22nd on Thanksgiving day, you will reconnect with yourself on a next level!

To start, the Full Moon will amplify anything you do on this night. We’ll start by connecting to the 4 directions and elements in gratitude for this Earth and its Cosmic energies.

We’ll continue the night with a Kundalini yoga class for all levels (also if you’ve never ever done any yoga before). This class works from the roots of having the gratitude for your own being. It will remove obstacles, open your heart, infuse you with new potent energy, and elevate you to new heights within yourself.

Now you’ll be completely ready to welcome the cacao plant spirit that will show you any truth to set yourself free from which that isn’t of the highest vibrations. The gong will be used as sound healing to get you deeper into your meditation.

Expect big shifts, expect transformations!

I’ll be using a “reiki-infused” ceremonial cacao from Guatemala (Heartspace), that I bought after Kelly Keefe’s cacao workshop in New York (Anima Mundi Apothecary). It’s super potent!

Cacao ceremonies have the origin in Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America. Cacao is a natural and medicinal plant that has been used for centuries to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body. As a superfood it has a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and is a powerful antioxidant. Cacao also increases blood flow to the brain and stimulates the release of endorphins.
